We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without notice, and to report unlawful conduct to the appropriate authorities.

7. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the content you create, upload, or submit through the Service — including diet plans, meal logs, photos, documents, and notes ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant MealWarden a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, process, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you (including AI processing as described in our Privacy Policy). 10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time using the in-app controls (Profile → Delete Account) or by contacting us at [email protected]. 11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹500 (five hundred Indian rupees), whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12a. Refer & Earn Programme

MealWarden operates a Refer & Earn programme that rewards users with MealCoins for inviting new members.
